I took the lentils noise from pdsounds and made it choppy with various sinus and triangle formed volume envelopes in an attemp to whip up a sound like railroad station bulletin boards. I then overlayed some with different speeds and volume enveloped them again etc...
It's quick and dirty but perhaps it helps as a layout sound.
