It was a small Street Parade of a district of the City Leverkusen in Northrhinewestfalia in Germany. Northrhinewestfalia is known for its "Karneval". Cities have become astonishingly fast and good to cleanup just seconds after the parade is through. Its so clean afterwards, it's almost as if no tons of sweets and flowers had just been thrown to the screaming people on the sidewalks and streets a few moments before.
